How to Ensure Your Order Is Spot-On
- Review your Cart thoroughly: check item names, sizes, and quantities.
- Confirm any customizations like milk choices or add-ons.
- Verify your pick-up time slot and café location.
- Make sure the correct voucher and payment method are applied.
What If You Really Need a Change?
Although orders can’t be canceled in-app:
- Arrive at the café ASAP and speak with our Brew Crew directly if your order hasn’t started, they may be able to help on a case-by-case basis.
- Place a new corrected order in the app to ensure you get exactly what you want.
