Once you’ve placed a Mobile Order in the MyCBTL app, tracking its progress is quick and simple. Just follow the steps below to see where your drink and snacks are in the queue.
Steps to Check Your Order Status
- Open the MyCBTL app on your device.
- Tap the Orders icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- Find and select the order you want to track.
- Review the status label, which updates in real time.
Understanding Order Status Labels
- Received: We’ve received your order and it’s awaiting preparation.
- In Progress: Our Brew Crew is crafting your beverages and preparing your snacks.
- Ready for Pickup: Your items are complete head to the café counter and scan your Member QR code.
- Completed: You’ve picked up your order. Enjoy!
- Cancelled: The order was cancelled (either by you or due to an issue).
Pro Tips for Seamless Pickup
- Pull-to-refresh the Orders screen for the latest updates.
- Enable push notifications to get alerts when your order moves to “Ready for Pickup.”
- Arrive within 15 minutes of the “Ready for Pickup” status to ensure your items are fresh.
- If you encounter any issues, tap Need Help on the order details page to contact our Brew Crew directly.
