How to Place & Pay for a Mobile Order
- Open the MyCBTL app and sign in.
- Browse the menu and add your desired items to your cart.
- Tap View Cart, review your order, then tap Checkout.
- Select your saved payment method (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
- Tap Place Order—your confirmation and pick-up details will appear immediately.
Prefer to Pay In-Café?
If you’d rather pay at the store counter, simply place your order in-café instead of using Mobile Order:
- Walk into any CBTL café.
- Scan your Member QR code (if you’re collecting Bean Points).
- Tell our Brew Crew your order and settle payment on the spot.
