Voucher validity periods are fixed and cannot be extended. Once a reward voucher reaches its expiry date and time, it will no longer be redeemable so plan ahead to make every reward count!
How to Check Your Voucher Expiry
- Open the MyCBTL app
- Tap the purple Membership Card at the top of the Home screen
- Select My Vouchers to view all active rewards
- Tap on any voucher to see its exact expiry date and time
Tips to Never Miss Out
- Set a calendar reminder a few days before a voucher’s expiry
- Review your My Vouchers section weekly
- Redeem small rewards early rather than waiting for a big treat
