We love rewarding your loyalty but it’s important to know how long your Bean Points last so you can make the most of them.
Bean Points Expiry Timeline
All Bean Points earned through the MyCBTL Rewards Program will expire 12 months after the month in which they were earned. That means you have a full year to redeem them before they disappear.
Example:
- You earn 50 Bean Points on 15 November 2024 → They expire on 30 November 2025
- You earn 200 Bean Points on 25 December 2024 → They expire on 31 December 2025
How to Keep Track
To stay on top of your Bean Points:
- Open the MyCBTL app
- Tap your purple membership card
- View your Bean Points History and current balance
