Need to correct your birthdate on your MYCBTL account? Whether it was a typo or a recent update, we've made it easy for you to make changes directly from the app.

Steps to Update Your Date of Birth

1. Open the MYCBTL app and log in to your account.
2. Tap on “Account” from the main menu.
3. Select “Personal Information.”
4. Look for the pencil icon next to your “Date of Birth.”
5. Tap the icon and enter your correct birthdate.
6. Save your changes.

That’s it! Your profile will now reflect your updated date of birth.

Important Reminder About Birthday Privileges

Birthday perks are a once-a-year treat. If you’ve already received your birthday privileges this year, updating your birthdate won’t trigger another reward until the next calendar year.

So while you’re welcome to update your information anytime, keep in mind that birthday benefits follow a yearly cycle.
