Bean Points don’t last forever — be sure to use them before they expire!
Points Validity
All Bean Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
After 12 months, unused points will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.
Important Notes
You can track your points and their expiration in the MyCBTL App > Purple membership card > My Bean Points History.
Expired points cannot be refunded or reissued.
To make the most of your rewards, redeem them regularly for drinks, food, or vouchers.
