Sometimes, Bean Points may not show up right away after a purchase. Here’s what you need to know:
Processing Time
Points usually appear in your account within 24–48 hours after your transaction.
If Points Still Don’t Appear
Check if your purchase was eligible (e.g., not gift cards, party packs, cakes, online orders, third-party delivery orders, or excluded locations).
Confirm that your app barcode was scanned in-store or that your order was placed through the MyCBTL App.
- If it’s been more than 48 hours and your points are still missing:
- Submit a request via our Customer Feedback Form (CUF).
- Provide details such as store location, receipt number, date/time of purchase, and items ordered.
