What is Pickup via MyCBTL?

Pickup lets you:

• Browse the menu and place your order in advance
• Select your preferred café for pickup
• Pay securely in the app
• Walk in, get your order without waiting in line

How to Place a Pickup Order

1. Open the MyCBTL App and log in.
2. Select “Order” or “Order for Pick-up”.
3. Choose your preferred café location. Use the search bar in the app to find the nearest café.
4. Browse the menu and pick the items you want. Customize as needed.
5. Proceed to payment via the app. Pay ahead so your order can be prepared in advance.
6. Once your order is confirmed, head to the café. When you arrive, show your order confirmation (in-app) to collect your items.
