Ordering your favorite The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf drinks and food has never been easier! You can place your order directly through the MyCBTL App and enjoy a convenient pickup or dine-in experience.
Ordering via the MyCBTL App
1. Download & Log In
- Make sure you have the MyCBTL App installed on your mobile device.
- Log in with your registered account.
2. Browse Menu
- Tap on Order from the app home screen.
- Select your preferred store location for pickup or dine in if available.
- Browse through categories (coffee, tea, food, etc.).
3. Customize Your Order
- Select your item.
- Customize (size, sugar level, milk options, add-ons).
- Tap Add to Cart.
4. Review & Checkout
- Go to your Cart to review items.
- Apply voucher if available.
- Confirm your pickup time (immediate for dine in).
- Proceed to Payment and select your preferred method.
5. Confirmation
- Once placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation number in the app.
- Track your order status in the My Orders section.

- Ensure you’re logged in to earn and redeem MyCBTL Rewards points.
- Double-check your pickup location before confirming.
- Save your favorite items in the app for faster re-ordering next time.
