Your first step – Contact the café directly
- If you’re still in the café, please speak with the Manager on Duty right away.
- Our store managers are best positioned to resolve your concern on the spot and make things right for you.
If you’ve already left the café
If you’re no longer at the store, you can still share your concern so we can investigate:
- Submit a report through our online feedback form.
- Include these details to help us resolve faster:
- Order number or receipt
- Store location
- Date and time of visit
- Description of the issue (taste, temperature, freshness, etc.)
- Photo of the product (optional but helpful)
What happens after you report
- Our Customer Experience Team reviews your concern.
- If more information is needed, we’ll reach out to you directly.
- We’ll take corrective action and provide you with a resolution.
✨ Tip: Most issues can be resolved immediately in-store, but if you’re not able to speak to a manager at the time, our team will gladly assist once you submit a contact us form.
