Steps to follow

Check your receipt or order confirmation
- Compare what you ordered with what you received.
- Note any differences (e.g., wrong drink, size, or food item).

If you’re still at the café
- Show your receipt/order confirmation to the Manager on Duty.
- They’ll be happy to correct the mistake for you.

If you’ve already left the café
- Let us know through our online form.
- Provide your order number, store location, date/time, and a short description of the incorrect item.
