Keeping your account details up to date ensures you receive the latest offers, rewards, and order updates without interruption.
Update Your Personal Information
1. Open the MyCBTL App on your mobile device.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Tap on the Account icon (usually found in the bottom navigation menu).
4. Select Personal Information.
5. Update the information you’d like to change, such as:
o Name
o Birthday
o Gender
6. Tap Save to confirm your updates.
Changing Email Address / Mobile number
1. Email address serves as a unique identifier for your MyCBTL account, which helps keep your information secure. For this reason, we’re unable to change your email address once your account is registered.
2. Mobile number can be updated via Customer Service only.
Things to Remember
· Use a valid mobile number and email so you don’t miss out on order updates or promotions.
· If you update your mobile number or email, you may be asked to verify again.
· Make sure your birthday is correct to enjoy birthday perks and rewards.
