Update Your Communication Preferences
1. Open the MyCBTL App.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Tap on the Account.
4. Select Communication Preferences.
5. Choose your preferred communication channel by switching the toggle.
Opting Out of Promotional Communications
If you prefer not to receive marketing messages, you can:
· In the App: Uncheck the option for Email, SMS or Push Notification under Communication Preferences.
· Via Email: Tap the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional email.
What You’ll Still Receive
Even if you opt out of promotions, you will still get:
· Order confirmations and status updates
· Important account-related notifications
· Mandatory service messages (e.g., system updates)
👉 Tip: Keep order updates enabled so you don’t miss real-time notifications about your purchases.
