- The voucher redemption is valid from 9 September to 15 September 2026, 23:59:59.
- Member must fill in the form for the merchandise collection after redeeming the voucher. The merchandise available to collect after 30 September 2026 at preferred The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Malaysia café.
- E-voucher Redemption T&Cs:
- The member who redeemed the voucher via MyCBTL Rewards Catalog must fill in the form for merchandise collection. The form will be sent to the member via email inbox to their registered email address.
- The merchandise available to collect after 30 September 2026 at preferred The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Malaysia café.
- Each member can redeem maximum one (1) voucher only.
- In the event where members have redeemed the voucher but did not pick up the merchandise, bean points will not be refunded. Bean points used for redemption are non-refundable.
