Ordering your favorite The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf drinks and food can be easier and convenient! You can place your order directly through the MyCBTL App, sit back and relax while wait for your order to be delivered.
Ordering via the MyCBTL App
- Download & Log In
- Make sure you have the MyCBTL App installed on your mobile device.
- Log in with your registered account.
- Scan the QR code in room
- Simply scan the QR code in your room.
- It will open the MyCBTL app directly to the ordering screen with In-Room Delivery already selected.
- Browse Menu
- Tap on Order from the app home screen.
- Browse through categories (coffee, tea, food, etc.).
- Customize Your Order
- Select your item.
- Customize (size, sugar level, milk options, add-ons).
- Tap Add to Cart.
- Review & Checkout
- Go to your Cart to review items.
- Apply voucher if available.
- Confirm your selected café and delivery time.
- Enter your Room Number and contact phone number.
- Proceed to Payment and select your preferred method.
- Confirmation
- Once placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation number in the app.
- Track your order status in real time in the My Orders section.
Tips for a Smooth Ordering Experience
- Ensure you’ve downloaded the MyCBTL App and logged in to earn and redeem MyCBTL Rewards points.
- Double-check your selected café location, delivery time, room number and contact number before confirming.
