To enhance account security and protect your personal data, we’re introducing a one-time mobile OTP verification to keep your account secured.
1. Email Verification
You’ll be required to verify your registered email with a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email address. You can now log in without entering a password. To login, an OTP code will be sent to your registered email—just enter it in the app to access your account.
2. Mobile Number Verification
Upon registration, you’ll be required to verify your mobile number with a OTP sent to your mobile. After you’ve completed the mobile verification once, you’ll no longer need to go through the mobile OTP verification again.
Things to Remember
· If the mobile OTP verification is not completed, you will not be able to log in to the app.
· The system only accepts Malaysian phone numbers for registration. For those that do not have a local Malaysian phone number will be unable to proceed verification.
· You can request a new OTP up to five times with a two-minute wait between requests; on the sixth attempt, a 15-minute wait is enforced to deter abuse, and each OTP is valid for one hour.
👉Tip: Use a valid mobile number and email each to ensure your account are being secured.
