- Food and beverage purchases at participating CBTL cafés in Peninsular Malaysia.
- Mobile orders placed via the MyCBTL App.

Not Eligible for Bean Points
- Gift card purchases or reloads.
- Delivery orders made via third-party platforms (e.g., GrabFood, FoodPanda).
- Certain promotional items or discounted bundles.

Purchases made at excluded locations (such as KLIA cafés).
Important Notes
- Always scan your app barcode at checkout or place your order via the app to earn points.
- Bean Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
