Proof of Order
- Ask your representative to present your order confirmation (email or SMS) showing the order number and details.
- Or have them open the MyCBTL app, tap Orders, and display the specific order screen with its items and QR code.
Mark as Picked Up
- Open the MyCBTL app and tap Orders in the bottom menu.
- Select the order that was collected.
- Tap Mark as Picked Up to confirm receipt.
This step finalizes your transaction, updates your order status, and ensures your Bean Points or vouchers are properly recorded.
Tips for Seamless Handoffs
- Send the confirmation email or a screenshot of the order screen to your pick-up person ahead of time.
- Remind them to have their phone or a printed copy of the proof ready at the counter.
