When Will You See Your Points?
After making a qualifying purchase, your Bean Points may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your MyCBTL account. This short delay ensures your transaction is properly processed and your rewards are accurately credited.
Where to Check
To view your updated Bean Points balance:
- Open the MyCBTL app
- Tap on your purple membership card
- Select “My Bean Points History” to see your current total
