- Open the MyCBTL app and log in to your account.
- Tap on “Account” from the main menu.
- Select “Communications”.
- Toggle your preferences for:

You’re in control! Adjust these settings anytime to match your preferences.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Some messages, like receipts or account-related alerts, may still be sent for essential updates.
- Opting out of promotional messages won’t affect your ability to receive rewards or use your account.
